2015 || January Favourites

Hey beauties!
I cannot believe that it's February already! I swear it was September not long ago?!?! I have never done a monthly favourites post, however I thought why not share my most loved products with you guys?! I have been very poorly recently so most of my favourites this month are very Winter based - things that get me by through each day.
Pop tarts are my all time favourites. Bustin' Berry and S'mores are the best. This time I thought I will try the Very Cherry ones as I love cherries and why not try something new?
Green tea has always been my one true love. Correction - just tea in general. I feel much better when I drink green tea, as I feel like it cleanses my body from all the bad toxins. It also stimulates and speeds up metabolism so it's really good if you're trying to lose all the 'Christmas' weight!
DermaV10 is my new favourite skincare brand. I have reviewed this product here, and I must say it is one of the best face creams I have ever used. It is perfect for this weather as it's very thick and stays on your face for a whole day. Nivea SOS Lip Relief is great for chapped lips which are my worst enemy right now as I love wearing lipstick so badly!! But not to worry as this product is my salvation. I apply the balm before lipstick and it makes it lasts longer without drying out my lips at all.
I've always wanted to try this product and I finally got the chance to do so when I received this as a gift for my 19th birthday. I love the smell, the taste and it does a pretty good job of smoothing out my lips. Lush lip scrubs come in three different flavours - Bubblegum, Popcorn and Julips. I must have all three!!
I got this Tresemme Oil Elixir for Christmas form my mum and I have to say it does wonders to my fair. I have fine and brittle hair which needs a lot of TLC and this just does the job. I think it's £9.99 in Boots but it's so worth buying as it is a big bottle that will last you forever and you only need one squirt for all of your hair because you don't want it looking greasy. I definitely recommend it to anyone who' struggling with fragile hair.

Have you tried any of those products? What are your January favourites?

Lots of love,

Review || DermaV10 Q10 Innovations Regenerating Moisturiser

Good Evening Everyone!!
How's everyone holding up knowing that Christmas is over? No more lay-ins but late nights and sleep deprivation to get that work done! I have been very poorly since September and have got given yet another antibiotics so had been staying in bed for the past three days :( I miss my friends!! I'm trying to be on top of everything, including my coursework, revision and also uni preparations!! I cannot wait to get my LNAT out of the way next month, along with my mock exams. I am so excited to finally join my friends and go to university to study law!! How great is fresher's week going to be?! WOOO!!
Anyway, excuse the enthusiasm! I have recently found this AMAZING skincare product and am over the moon with it. In my previous post I have told you about my first experience with DermaV10 and how happy I was with the product especially for the price! (here) This time I bought an anti wrinkle cream (better to be safe than sorry!) and it was only 99p. Yup, that's right - 99 PENCE.
As you can see, it is a new product recently added to their wide range, and is suitable for all skin types. I will definitely buy more of those products to review for you guys, and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
So here is what the jar looks like. It is plastic and doesn't look great but come on now, what can you expect for the price? It looks pretty good to me!
The product was sealed so that's always a good thing. Very hygienic. The actual moisturiser looks like any other one, kind of reminded me of Nivea by the scent and texture.
The consistency of the product is very thick and you don't need a lot for your face. It glides on smoothly and leaves your skin replenished, hydrated and silky smooth. I have been using this product for over a week now every day and night and I have noticed results after the first use. My skin feels a lot smoother and healthier, with a nice dewy glow. I definitely recommend this product to any girl my age who hasn't got wrinkles but wants to prevent them, and also any older woman who needs that extra boost for their skin, because it might actually help you! Because I don't have wrinkles, I cannot tell you whether it's good for people who do, however it's worth trying as it won't do you any harm, it's gentle for the skin and very affordable.

What do you guys think? Should I do a give away of DermaV10's products? Have you tried any of them?

Lots of love,
Maya xo

Review || DermaV10 Hair Dye in shade 3.8

Hello everyone!
So as you all already know I love changing my hair colour and because of my last unpleasant experience with L'oreal's new Prodigy hair dye I haven't touched my hair for months. Instead of turning golden blonde my hair came out green. Yes you read it right, GREEN. So I had to quickly put some random hair dye on and do a bleach bath on my hair to get rid of the green from my hair. Recently I have discovered DermaV10 hair products and because I've loved their skincare I decided to try those hair dyes, especially at £1.99 per packet.
As you can see I chose the shade 3.8 which is a light natural beige blonde. It did sting my scalp a bit, however the colour came out perfect. Better than I expected.
Here's a pictre after I have blow dried my hair and as you can see it's a light beigey colour.
Here I used flash and my hair actually looks like it has highlights. Excuse the greasiness!!
Here's a picture of me and my sister on Christmas Eve. My hair has been blow dried and straightened and looks better than ever.
#selfie is always needed.
I highly recommend this product and suggest that if you're a hair dye maniac like me then go ahead and buy it! They have many colours to choose from.
Lots of love,
Maya xo
