TOPS PICKS FROM THE H&M X MOSCHINO COLLECTION

Every single year I look forward to H&M's designer collaboration and get annoyed with myself for not being able to afford every single piece from the collection. Last year I really wanted a pair of Erdem's kitten heels and they had sold out within 5 mins - literally. But over the years I have managed to collect a few pieces since the Balmain collab and forever wish I started sooner because their Alexander Wang collection was amazing!

This year I have my eyes set on a few pieces and wanted to share with you my top picks and what I think will sell out first. The pictures used throughout this post are all from Vogue's article on the collection. You can shop the HM x Moschino collection here.

The main theme running through Moschino's new collection is actually one of my most favourite things in the world - Disney. For those of you that don't know, I used to work for Disney for nearly 3 years so I'm pretty much obsessed with it haha. Anyway, here are my top picks + prices:

Do I need to say anything other than that I am obsessed with this T-shirt? It retails at £29.99 and comes in a few different colours and designs (there's a Mickey and Minnie one which I am DYING to get my hands on!). I think the sliders are also very cool and an SS19 must-have, they retail at £59.99 which is a bit on the pricey side for a pair of sliders but a lot cheaper compared to other designers.

This faux fur coat (£149.99) will definitely be the first item to sell out! The colour is beautiful and the chains on it add that Moschino look to it. The knee-highs (£14.99) will make a great stocking filler for anyone that's into fashion.

Another one of my personal favourites is the leather sleep mask and earring that the model above is wearing. I wouldn't wear the sleep mask (£29.99) because I'd be scared to get it caught on my bed and pull a thread but I'd love to get my hands on those earrings (£29.99), they are absolutely gorgeous and I'm pretty sure will sell out very quickly.

I wanted to save the best til last - even though this is the same image as the one at the top of this post, but I can't get over this beautiful jumper dress (£79.99)! Jumper dresses are a big hit for this A/W - you can read my post on what's hot in AW18 here - and I really love the colour of it too. Can you just imagine it with chunky cable-knit tights and over the knee boots? Erm yes, please! The model is also rocking my new favourite earrings and the sleep mask. Love, love, LOVE.

The recent weather has been so calming for me which has actually helped me overcome my blogging coma and get my arse in gear to finally write this post. WISHLIST || CASUAL SPORTY LATE SUMMER/AUTUMN OUTFIT FT H&M

Who doesn't love a comfy casual, yet glam outfit? Especially, in those cold Summer nights and upcoming Autumn. Oh, how I love Autumn! I cannot wait for the long walks at the park in the beautiful orange and brown colours, big cups of hot chocolate, Yankee candles and Halloween of course!

H&M has been one of my favourite shops for quite some time now and I've been loving their new Autumn range. the burgundies, greys and powder pinks are coming back - but then again, have they ever left?

I've put this one outfit together as I thought it was absolutely gorgeous and so on trend right now that it'd be a crime not to share it with you all!

OOTD || Day At The Beach - Holiday Edition

Hey Everyone!

What have you all been up to? Finishing school? Doing your exams? Working? Well, you all must know by now that I'm in sunny Greece for a few more days so I've been making the most of it while still trying to blog and I've got some really exciting posts coming up once I'm back so make sure you stay tuned!!

I've been loving this high waisted bikini from Topshop so much that I've noticed I haven't tanned my stomach and lower back due to wearing it so much haha! This set actually cost me £1.80 including student discount as the pieces were reduced to £1 each around November time. WHAT?!!! I still can't believe I got myself such a great bargain! It's really comfy and flattering even for my figure where my waist isn't defined. The cute little playsuit is from the Coachella edition at H&M it's sooo pretty and looks great on. H&M have really been surprising me with some of their stuff lately, and I can't wait for their collab with Kenzo as their one of my favourite designers. The sandals are my trusty Primark ones which I've had probably for a couple of years now and they're still in perfect condition. I believe they cost me around £5 so they're really cheap and the quality of them is amazing, especially for this kind of price.

OOTD || Quick And Smart Uni Outfit

Good Morning Everyone!

What's a better start to a Friday than a nice and easy OOTD post! I thought I'd do a quick fashion post before my seminar this morning to share with you my quick go-to uni outfit.

I usually put an outfit together the night before so I don't have to rummage through my wardrobe in the morning and stress myself out because nothing goes together - I'm pretty sure we've all been there, right?! However, today has been a bit of a long morning already as I did my hair and makeup quite quickly (it usually takes me over an hour to get ready in the morning) so I thought I'd quickly put an outfit together.

I decided to put on a plain pair of Topshop's black skinny jeans. And what goes better with plain skinnies other than a shirt? A pyjama shirt! Yup, you read it correctly - I am wearing a pyjama shirt. Don't get me wrong, I didn't sleep in it! But it's so beautiful and the silky material makes it ever so wearable! I bought this beautiful shirt with matching bottoms (obviously) from River Island. To style up my outfit I decided to put on my gorgeous Michael Kors watch and Pandora and H&M rings and bracelets. The shoes I went for are my trusty and comfy pointy lace-up ballet flats (there's a mouthful) which I had bought from Primark for only £8! £8!!!!!

OOTD - Daytime Date

Hey everyone,

Just a quick update of what I got up to last week. I went to see The Amazing-Spiderman 2, which really was amazing, and also out for a meal to Tamatanga - again. I love that place. If you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me :)

I always look so awkward trying to pose. Also, my camera makes me look so blurry!

My whole pretty outfit! My jeans are from H&M sale for £5, My top is from Tesco FF for £8, My necklace is from Primark for £3 and my Kimono is from New Look for £12.

Mmmm yummy chicken wrap! It was a mixture of spice and sugar, but it was the best of both worlds.

 

Mint and Mango chutney to dip my chips and wrap in! It was delicious. I will definitely have this next time I go to Tamatanga.

Best chips in the world. They were really salty and just tasted heavenly.

Recent Purchases - featuring Bodyshop's new InstaBlur Primer!!!

Hey guys,

I recently ran out of all my high end face products and was in great need to stock up on new ones ASAP. But, instead of my usual routine which includes the Benefit POREfessional primer, MAC Studio Fix foundation and Benefit Hello Flawless powder I decided to go for something a bit less expensive but equally as good.

I have always wanted to try the Body Shop's (HERE) makeup range and I finally got to buy some products. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with registering for the Body Shop membership card and helping me choose the right shades of foundation and powder. Shoutout to the two fabulous ladies that served me today!

I bought the new InstaBlur primer, Extra Virgin Minerals foundation (medium to full coverage) and the Face Perfecter powder. 

The most amazing thing happened to me today. This fantastic primer does not come out until tomorrow BUT I got on with the staff so well that they let me purchase this product today instead!! I will do a full review of this primer very soon!

Sorry about this picture, I always tend to forget to rotate at least one if not a few of them. This foundation felt very smooth and creamy but was very easy to blend. I chose the shade 102 as my skin tone is very fair and has warm tones.

Cute little mirror-like packaging. I've heard very good things about this powder from my friends, so decided to get one myself! I chose the shade 03 as it's not too light but not too dark and makes my skin glow. It also blocks out any shininess of the skin, so looks great on even if you're not wearing foundation!

This is what it looks like when you open it. You get a sponge applicator with this powder so you can just pop it in your handbag for a day out without having to bring a powder brush or worse, a whole make-up bag with you.

Underneath the first flap, you get a compact mirror and the pressed powder. It has protective foil over it, hence why it looks a bit odd in the picture.

I also found this heat protection spray in Boots reduced to £2, so thought I'd get it to review it and see if it's any good.

This gorgeous bikini is from H&M and it only cost me £8 for the set. (£3.99 for the top, and £3.99 for the bottoms) If this isn't the most gorgeous bikini that you have ever seen then I don't know what is!!! I reckon it will look great on fair or dark skin!

It has cute little tassels on the sides!

Pastel denim shorts are a must-have this Summer, especially when they are only £5 each from Primark!

I really do love my pastel colours!
