BEAUTY || LIP COLOURS YOU WILL LOVE THIS SUMMER

I can't be the only one who saves certain lip colours for specific times of the year, right? Especially when it's a bright orange or pink shade.

MAC Matte Lipstick in The Fashion Flock
This is definitely one of my favourite shades to wear in the Summer. I never go abroad without it as I believe that this is the perfect Peachy shade that goes great with a tan.

If you are after the actual lipstick, I found it on eBay. However, bear in mind that it might have been used/swatched or might be out of date if previously opened.

Peach Petal by Origins £18.50
Peachy Pink by Barry M £6.25
Skin Tight by Jeffree Star £16

Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick in 714
I love the formula of Jeffree's liquid lipsticks as they are super comfortable on the lips and long-lasting. My only issue with this lipstick is that it comes out a bit patchy so I find myself layering it on to get the desired effect. It is also a limited edition and costs a lot if you try and buy it online, but you might be able to find it in your local Morphe store.

Hippie Chic by NYX £6.58
Nippon by MAC £17.50

Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick in Watermelon Soda
Another limited edition lippy by Jeffree - sorry guys but I can't stop myself from buying LE items! This colour looks great on all skin tones and lip sizes, so don't feel intimidated by it if you have thinner lips as I can guarantee it'll look gorgeous on you! I have found it for around £14.50 on Beautilysh which is an American beauty shopping site (similar to BeautyBay) from which I have shopped from before so it is 100% legitimate. You don't have to pay customs, the only fees that are added to the basket are VAT and shipping to the UK is free with orders over £28!

Coral Crush by Dose of Colors £18
Crosswires by MAC £17.50

MAC Matte Lipstick in Darling Clementine
This Zac Posen Collaboration Limited Edition (sorry) lipstick is bloody gorgeous. Picture yourself on the beach in Crete or Rhodes, the sound of the sea and the smell of suncream and your third piña colada in your hand. You're wearing a gorgeous white swimsuit, a huge hat, sunglasses and this bright orange lipstick. It sounds perfect to me!

You can buy this lipstick for £30 here.

Neon Orange by MAC £17.50

Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick in Coral Fixation
I remember when my friend wore this lipstick to work one day and I just had to know what it was and if I could get my hands on it! To my surprise, she gave me the lipstick and said I could keep it because she liked the colour on me so much!

You can buy this lipstick for £18 here.

Coral Crush by Dose of Colors £18
24 Carrot Gold by Wet n Wild £2.95

Colourpop Lippie Stix in I Heart This Lippie
The formula of the Colourpop Lippie Stix is great and I have previously reviewed a whole range of them. I don't really wear bright pink lipstick anymore but when I do it has to be this one. I have recently pulled it out from the back of my drawer and been pairing it up with my MAC Talking Point lip liner for a bright and bold lip.

Unfortunately, this shade is discontinued.

Origins Blooming Sheer in Coral Daisy
I'm not the biggest fan of coloured lip balms as I usually wear Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Cream as a lip base underneath a lip colour, so I find myself slightly confused when I put on a lip balm and BAM! I have hydrated and coloured lips at the same time from only using one product? Sounds too good to be true!
I like to wear this lip balm with minimal makeup but lots of bronzer for a glowy look. I'm all for the 'bronzed goddess' look this summer (and every future summer too).

You can buy this lip balm for £18 here.

Smashbox Lipstick in Get Fired
I have never tried any Smashbox cosmetics before but I have to say that this is one of my absolute favourite lipsticks I have ever tried! The formula is great, it's not drying and the colour pay-off is amazing. I wear this colour all year round, but I felt like it needed to be mentioned in this post because it's a stunning shade.

You can buy this lipstick for £18 here.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. Let me know if you already own any of these shades, and if there are any gorgeous bright shades that you'd recommend!
