Review || Rimmel 60 Seconds nail varnish in 410 I Lilac You

Hi guys!
Today I'm going to review Rimmel's 60 seconds nail varnish in I Lilac You. I bought this nail polish today and wanted to use it as soon as I got home! I'm really obsessed with pastel colours at the moment, and needed a lilac nail varnish to add to my collection! I don't think I've tried any of Rimmel's 60 seconds nail polishes so thought, why not try this one out!

The packaging: It's a pretty basic and rounded glass bottle of 8ml. It has a Union Jack sticker on the handle. It is quite small and handy, unlike some large bottles, and it holds a lot of product.
The application: It is very easy to apply as the brush is quite thick and stiff. You need about two coats of the product to have perfect coverage around the nail, so not only it's easy to apply but you save a lot of product by not layering the nail like a cake. Because the nail varnish is one of the 60 seconds edition, it dries really quick. I was actually shocked by how fast my nails have dried!
Overall opinion: I really like this nail polish, and will definitely buy other colours from the 60 seconds range. I don't think there is much else to say about this product other than every girl has to own one, because it's great quality for the value!!
Lots of love,

Barry M Nail Paint Review

Hiya dolls!
My nails needed doing so badly! This time I have used Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in the shade Lychee and Barry M Glitter Effect Nail Paint im the shade Amethyst.
I've never actually uses any of Barry M's products, so I was quite excited about trying their nail varnishes for the first time :) I must say, I am very pleased with the quality of the nail paints and will definitely increase my nail varnish collection by adding many more colours!

The Packaging: I really like the packaging of those nail varnishes as they are big, bold and stand out from other bottles. The font on the glass bottles is really cute and girly. I love it!
The caps differ on the type of the nail paint. If it's limited edition or an effect one then the cap will stand out from others. Here you can see that the Gelly Nail Paint has a shiny silver cap, and the glitter effect has a plain matte black cap.

The Application: The Gelly Nail Paint was very easy to apply and I only needed to use one coat to get the full coverage on the nail. The texture was very thick and smooth almost jelly-like. There isn't a lot I can say about this nail varnish as it's just so perfect that I have no words to describe it. It's also such good value for money at £3.99 per item!!

Nail Caviar review

As every other girl, I love having cool nails, so I thought I will try out the 'caviar effect' in black and blue.
I don't know why, but I feel like a better person who takes care of themselves when I have nice and neat nails haha. First of all, I wanted to experiment with the new creation and I also wondered how hard it would be to apply the beads onto the nail.

The packaging: The beads were in a cute little bottle which had a funnel to make the application easier. It was see through and you could see the colourful and shiny beads inside it. Personally, I liked the packaging due to it's transparency as it allowed me to see what the beads are like, unlike other nail caviar bottles which only say the colour of the beads instead of actually allowing you to see them.

The application: The application was quite tricky. I had to hold my hand over a bowl so the beads wouldn't go everywhere. The funnel made the application a bit easier, however I had to be quick with the application as the top coat on my nail was drying quite fast. I had to reapply the top coat a few times so the beads would stay in place. I guess you need to be patient to do your nails perfectly, sadly this is something I am not :(

How long did it last?: I used an anti-chip nail varnish for my base which stays on without chipping for about 4-5 days. The top coat I have used makes every nail varnish last about 2 days longer (6-7 days now, yay!) and then the bead did not fall off until I accidentally peeled the layer off! This means that the beads last even longer, however you must always use a top coat if you want your nails varnish to last longer!

Here's a pretty bad picture of the final look of my nail:

This picture had been taken at night so it was a bit dark and my shadow was covering half of my hand! My phone's camera is a bit dodgy, so excuse the bad photo!
